The coming-soon list on the Camarillo Premium Outlets directory has six names on it right now: Cinnabon, It's Boba Time, Perfumania, Pop Mart, Sephora and The Taco Shop. None of them sells clothing. A shopping center known for factory-store apparel is filling its open suites with things you can carry out in one hand, like a drink, a pastry, a bottle of fragrance or a boxed collectible. The one tenant that has already arrived, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, fits the same pattern.
For anyone living in Spanish Hills, the center is close by. Travel listings put the Spanish Hills Club about 2 miles from the outlets, measured in a straight line rather than by road. The center publishes its tenant changes on its own store pages, and as of early October 2026 those pages show openings running from mid-October to just before Christmas, with one more set for spring 2027.
The Sequence, as the Center Has Posted It
All dates below come from the individual store and event pages on the Camarillo Premium Outlets website. The center calls them expected opening dates, and they can still move.

The posting dates show how far ahead the center planned. Sephora's arrival went up in mid-June, six months before its listed opening. Pop Mart's came about seven weeks before its date. The Coffee Bean's celebration notice went up less than three weeks ahead, which makes sense because the shop was already serving customers by then.
Main Court Gets the First Wave and the Last One
The first tenant change this fall happens in Main Court, and so does the last one before Christmas.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is listed as open in Main Court, next to Banana Republic Factory Store. Its open notice dates to May 26, so the Oct. 16 event celebrates a shop that has been running for months. The center's grand-opening listing sets the celebration for Friday, Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to noon. It promises fresh coffee and espresso drinks, the chain's Ice Blended drinks, hot and iced teas, pastries and light bites, plus "special grand opening festivities and giveaways."
Three days later, on Monday, Oct. 19, Pop Mart is expected to open in Main Court Suite 418. The Pop Mart store page calls the company "a market-leading character-based entertainment company and a global champion of designer toy culture." The page lists its best entrance as the Main Court entrance off Camarillo Center Drive near Marc Jacobs.
The Sephora store page gives the same entrance, off Camarillo Center Drive near Marc Jacobs, for Main Court Suite 600B. Sephora's listed opening date is Tuesday, Dec. 22, three days before Christmas. That means one parking approach covers the collectibles shop opening this month and the cosmetics store arriving at the end of the holiday stretch. For a quick visit that skips the rest of the center, the Camarillo Center Drive entrance by Marc Jacobs is the one to know.
The Disney Store Costume Parade falls between those two openings. The center's news and events page lists it for Thursday, Oct. 29, at 5 p.m. The same page carries The Open Book's October events listing, posted Oct. 6.
The Promenade Section Fills In Around Thanksgiving
The two tenants scheduled between the Halloween parade and Sephora's opening are both in The Promenade. That is the name the center's directory gives to one of its own sections, so it is part of the outlets and not a separate shopping center.
Perfumania is expected to open in Promenade Suite 1352 on Friday, Nov. 20, 2026, the week before Thanksgiving. The center announced it on Sept. 24 under the headline "Perfumania is Opening a New Location." The wording suggests a new store rather than a move from somewhere else in the center, but the page does not say either way.
It's Boba Time follows on Tuesday, Dec. 1, in Promenade Suite 1201. Once it opens, the center will have two drink counters that were not there at the start of summer: Coffee Bean in Main Court and boba in The Promenade.
Put together, the order runs like this:

- Boba, Dec. 1
- Cosmetics, Dec. 22
The gift categories cluster in the weeks before Christmas, with Perfumania opening the week before Thanksgiving and Sephora three days before Christmas. Pop Mart opens about two months earlier, and the food and drink tenants are spread across the full calendar.
What Hasn't Been Posted Yet
Several details are still missing from the center's pages as of Oct. 8.
Holiday hours. The center's hours page shows upcoming hours only through Wednesday, Oct. 14. Regular hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Thanksgiving, Black Friday and December hours have not been published yet. Anyone planning an early-morning stop around Perfumania's Nov. 20 opening or Sephora's Dec. 22 opening will need to check that page closer to the date.
The Taco Shop. It is on the coming-soon list, but its page gives no suite number and no expected opening date. There is nothing to schedule around yet.
Cinnabon. Suite 960 has an expected opening date of April 1, 2027. That moves the food-and-treat pattern into next spring, well after the holiday rush. Once it opens, the center will have a coffee shop, a boba counter and a pastry counter that were not on the map at the start of 2026, plus a taco counter still waiting for a date.
November and December events. The latest-dated listing on the events page is the Oct. 29 costume parade. Nothing has been posted for the holiday season yet.
Getting There From the Hill
The Spanish Hills Club sits at 999 Crestview Ave. Visit Camarillo describes its clubhouse as perched on the city's most dramatic high point. The outlets are downhill at 740 E Ventura Blvd, south of US-101, and and the center's travel page points drivers to the Las Posas Road exit. The Camarillo 2050 General Plan's community design chapter names Las Posas Road as one of the city's freeway interchanges. Lewis Road, Springville Drive and Santa Rosa Road are the others.
Once you're off Las Posas Road, Camarillo Center Drive is the street that leads to the Main Court entrance near Marc Jacobs. That is the door the center recommends for both Pop Mart and Sephora. The center's pages don't give a drive time from Spanish Hills, and the 2-mile figure for the club is straight-line, so the actual drive depends on which part of the hill you start from.
The schedule gives you a few dates to plan around. Oct. 16 runs from 10 a.m. to noon in Main Court. Oct. 19 brings Pop Mart through the Camarillo Center Drive entrance. Oct. 29 is the 5 p.m. costume parade. After that, the next posted openings are Perfumania on Nov. 20, It's Boba Time on Dec. 1 and Sephora on Dec. 22.
